The MTO-approved Online Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Program (Ontario) is an alternative method of delivering in-classroom training that uses the digital features and capabilities of a Learning Management System (LMS). This is not an elimination of the current in-class delivery; instead, it is an additional/optional method of delivery. Our mission is to make life safe and easy for Ontarians, starting with a simpler, faster, and better delivery of Beginner Driver Education across the province by moving to the "digital age".
